All products purchased on Penetran.com are subject to our 30-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days after the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit for the original purchase price (not including shipping and handling charges) will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at penetran@mhcmed.com and send your item to:

Shipping:
To return your product, please mail your product, postage pre-paid, to: MHC Medical Products, LLC, ATTN: Returns, 3600 Pharma Way, Mason, OH, 45036, United States. Please include your name, address and the date of your original order on Penetran.com so we can verify your information.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
